The outcome can sometimes be interesting, sometimes be poor but always entertaining. In total contrast to the personal blogs with their focus on recipes and some reviews the comparative style websites usually have a few recipes to make the site interesting. The truth is that they want you to focus on the blender reviews.

The best thing about these types of sites it that sometimes they offer a decent table that will allow you to easy see similar blender all grouped together. An example of this would be the best blender under $50 comparison table or maybe the best blenders that can crush ice.

I love the blog style blender reviews. They are so much more personal. Usually written by just one person and usually after they have tested it in their own kitchen. Making their own food recipes with the blender. In fact I prefer blender reviews when they come from recipe blogs. Maybe it's because the blender review isn't the important thing on the blog.

A simple visual table shows you all the blenders and a score. You need to go to the individual pages to see why they gave it that score.  See image below for example of what i'm talking about.

A easy to read pros and cons list lets you quickly see if the blender will be suited to you and your needs. A small paragraph will go more into depth about the blender talking about any warranties, the price of the unit, features and extras that come with it.
